About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the delivery of operational activities across a portfolio of reform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
* Manage resources and oversee day-to-day project activities, maintaining transparency and escalating risks as needed.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to required standards.
* Promote project governance and scheduling, fostering collaboration among team members.
* Represent the agency in various forums, engaging stakeholders and facilitating effective communication.
* Provide strategic analysis and contribute to policy and project coordination.
* Foster a culture of professionalism, supervising and developing team members to drive career growth.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience managing similar-sized projects, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong understanding of multiple project delivery methodologies, including agile and traditional approaches.
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft high-quality documents and reports.
* Familiarity with MS SQL, data warehouse modeling, and Power BI is highly desirable.
* Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
* Analytical mindset, with a focus on driving business improvement and change.
* Leadership expertise, with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
* Personal integrity, with a commitment to upholding legislative and policy frameworks.
* Australian Citizenship and Baseline AGSVA clearance are mandatory requirements.
