The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with a Certificate IV in administration or equivalent qualification or work experience, and a proven ability to support executive leaders in a dynamic environment.

The Executive Assistant will act as a pivotal executive-level administrator, ensuring the seamless functioning of our executive leadership team. This trusted role involves managing executive-level communications, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and backfilling as required.

About You
You will bring:
* A Certificate IV in administration or equivalent qualification or work experience.
* Relevant experience in high-level executive administrative support.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and proficiency in creating polished corporate documents.
* Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
* Confidence in supporting Board processes, including agenda preparation, collation of Board packs, and minute-taking.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a deep understanding of confidentiality.
* A collaborative and adaptable approach, fostering a positive work environment.
Desired skills include experience processing accounts and purchases, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
* Executive Support: Diary management, scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation for senior executives.
* Meetings and Committees: Acting as Secretary for senior committees, preparing agendas, recording accurate minutes, and managing action items.
* Finance: Processing executive invoices, reconciling corporate credit cards, and preparing expense reports.
* Event Coordination: Supporting organisational events and ad hoc initiatives.
* Workplace Culture: Promoting a respectful, professional, and confidential work environment while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Additional Tasks: Providing backfill support for senior executives as needed.
