As an Insurance Technician, you will play a key role in our company's success by performing technical checks and processes across various insurance risks for different customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work processed meets agreed market service levels in respect of quality and turnaround time.Key Responsibilities:* Reviewing technical processing submissions for onward processing/data entry* Validating data and obtaining additional information to clarify documentation and where necessary correct inaccuracies* Identifying potentially non-compliant data and initiating action to correct or resolve* Processing non-cash/cash entries as applicable* Ensuring high standards of quality are achieved in line with customer expectations* Effectively communicating with customers internally and externally
