Position Title: Associate Lead - Business Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Lead - Business Analysis to work on major client projects in Australia. This is a full-time role for someone passionate about creating an impact and harnessing technology's transformative power.
Role Description:
As an Associate Lead - Business Analysis, you will be responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams. You will ensure technical excellence by developing business requirements, designing processes, and supporting project delivery with minimal disruption to the business.
Detailed Job Description:
* Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
* Apply Domain-driven design (DDD) principles and approach
* Conduct event storming and apply big picture methodology for microservices
* Develop ubiquitous language, bounded context, and context maps
* Utilize Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and modelling techniques
* Leverage domain knowledge in Banking, Insurance, and Telecom with hands-on experience
* Collaborate using Agile methodologies and tools (Confluence, JIRA, TFS, MS DevOps)
* Perform manual, automation, and UAT testing
* Strong experience in the auction business model with retail and financial products/services
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and knowledge of MS Dynamics
* Mentor end users on application functionalities
* Expertise in program and project management
* Hands-on experience in UX design
* Solid knowledge of DBMS and SQL queries
* Design and implement enterprise systems using DDD, FDD, and SOA
* Capture requirements and prepare BRD, FRS, use case diagrams, and process flows
* Requirement elicitation for web, desktop, and mobile (Android/iOS) applications
* Identify and manage project risks and impacts
* Knowledge of Dual-track Agile Helix and P3 framework for product engineering
* Deliver business solution design documentation and ensure design principle traceability
* Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and shape product backlogs
* Conduct UAT with cross-functional teams
* Provide subject matter expertise and incremental value delivery
* Analyze data and visualize business-relevant conclusions
* Develop UI designs for web, mobile, and desktop applications
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with developers
* Generate and maintain process documentation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
