Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
* Maintain a thorough understanding of gaming promotions and services
* Utilise multiple systems to manage memberships and Private Gaming Room access
* Assist in conducting gaming promotions & draws
* Promote safer gambling & monitor the responsible service of alcohol
* Support the hosting team with meet & greet and farewell arrangements for interstate and international VIP members
Requirements:
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Attention to detail and ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn other casino operating systems
* Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
* Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
