* 1-3 years experience in IT software and hardware troubleshooting, with expertise in Windows OS in desktop or deskside support environments
* Experience in end-user computing, IT support, and asset management is required
* Exposure to ITIL and project management methodologies is essential
* Proficiency in using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, etc., is necessary
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident resolution, request fulfillment aligned to the ITIL framework, IMAC for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment. They will also support business process improvements and collaborate with the team to drive performance.
