Dual Site Store Manager/Team Leader
About the Role
* We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive team leader with a passion to succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, has previous retail management experience, and demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coach the store team members to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold our quality brand, and achieve store objectives
2. Provide input with staff scheduling and assist in recruitment activities
3. Evaluate Visual Merchandising plan execution,& ensure it meets standards set by Mystery Shopper program.
4. Maintain inventory levels while overseeing returns from customers' purchases.
5. Leverage training opportunities that will teach product awareness,& merchandising techniques. Train other colleagues accordingly too!
The selected candidate should have shown commitment towards quality of work done & maintaining high standard both personally & professionally including implementing solutions proactively when needed due its appropriate context; lead group discussions efficiently especially when looking forward common goals they strive together reach maximum results achieved through collaboration amongst different stakeholders involved across organization hierarchically speaking obviously resultantly thereby getting optimum benefit out end even only happening because teamwork matters here seriously now let’s talk specifics...
