What You'll Do: In this community-based role, you'll provide compassionate care for elderly clients in their own homes across Warragul in Victoria, Australia. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering clinical and personal care that meets each client's unique needs. Developing tailored care plans using your expert clinical judgment and compassion. Providing wound care and supporting clients with medical equipment such as catheters and continence aids. Offering social and emotional support, helping clients feel safe, comfortable, and connected. What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse on a casual basis who is: AHPRA registered with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Experienced in Aged Care or Community Home Care (preferred but not essential). Holding or willing to obtain First Aid (HLTAID003/4) and CPR (HLTAID001) certifications within one month of starting. Passionate about aged care and empowering clients to live independently. Excellent at communication and building strong relationships. Able to travel between client locations (car required, paid travel). Up-to-date with COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations, or willing to obtain.
