We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building GraphQL APIs that connect Coles plus to new services.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive the engineering team to develop delivery goals within agreed timelines.
* Facilitate Agile Scrum practices within the team, offer support to delivery managers in defining timelines and project requirements.
* Facilitate and govern peer reviews and testing standards whilst empowering and developing the engineering team's skills.
* Grow a culture that elicits a high-performing team and an enjoyable working environment.
* Work collaboratively with Business Stakeholders, and Business Programme Managers and Implementation partners to ensure delivery success.
