Our client is expanding and is looking for a confident, experienced Property Manager to join their team during an exciting growth phase. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands‐on role and wants to play a key part in building a portfolio from the ground up. Initially, you will focus on onboarding new managements and ensuring properties are set up accurately and compliantly. As the portfolio expands, you will step into managing your own portfolio end‐to‐end.
The Role
* Manage onboarding of new landlords and properties
* Set up files, systems and compliance documentation correctly
* Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors
* Support daily property management operations
* Transition into managing your own growing portfolio
* Oversee the full property management lifecycle as required
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management
* Proven experience managing a portfolio end‐to‐end
* Strong understanding of current legislation and compliance requirements
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills
* Professional, proactive and client‐focused
* Current Real Estate Registration/Licence (or ability to obtain)
