**How you'll make an impact**
We're currently recruiting for a Clinical Care Team Leader to join our team in this permanent full-time role, working Full Time across 7 days.
Reporting directly to our Clinical Care Manager, you'll be responsible for providing and coordinating resident care, and supervise care staff to ensure an effective, efficient and functioning team.
A day in the life as our Clinical Care Team Leader with Regis, may see you;
- Lead and participate in the delivery of a high standard of person-centered resident care.
- Provide a high standard of ongoing care management and perform nursing interventions.
- Coordinate the comprehensive completion of individual holistic assessments and care plans for new and existing residents.
- Ensure that the coordination of all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist Clinical Care Manager with monitoring of the medication management by reviewing medication charts and medication storage.
**About you**
As a collaborative and strategic member of the Clinical leadership team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you'll have:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge and relevant experience in clinical services in a complex nursing and/or aged care setting.
- Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the Commonwealth Funding System in relation to ACFI.
- Ability to provide direction and expert advice in the treatment of acute care episodes.
- Demonstrated understanding of the relevant Laws, Acts, Regulations, Charters and Codes of Practice.
