We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the disability sector, strong knowledge of the NDIS framework, and the ability to support participants with diverse needs in a professional and respectful manner. Must have Flexible Availability.
Must have Requirements
1. Minimum [Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent qualification].
2. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (WWCC).
3. Current First Aid & CPR certification.
4. Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (with insurance)
5. Experience in positive behaviour support implementation. Restrictive Practices trained
6. Training in complex care and personal care
