**Inside Technical Sales - Customer Service - 2 Positions Available**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person to join our team based in Tullamarine, VIC. This person must have mechanical aptitude; capable of managing in-coming customer enquiries and quoting among other tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a versatile Australian Advanced Manufacturer.

- **Customer Service or Administration experience**:
- **Working in a Manufacturing industry/environment**:
- Data entry and maintaining customer database in CRM
- Quoting customer enquiries
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Ability to understand bill of materials and spare part diagrams
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and technology savvy
- Skills and ability to use CAD/CAM eg: Mastercam, Edgecam and Solidworks is a bonus but not essential
- Ability to deal with all levels of management, and liaise with customers/suppliers

- **About the Role**:_
- Quote incoming enquiries and help customers with technical questions (technical knowledge will be taught on the job)
- Quotation Follow-ups with customers
- Ordering and sending purchase orders to suppliers
- Work with all levels of management and staff
- Data entry and maintaining customer database in CRM
- Checking in-house stock levels when required and processing stock-take throughout the year when required
- Assisting other Customer Service and Sales Management
- Must be reliable and available to work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with reasonable additional time if required

Further details can be provided after a certain period of time has been completed in the Inside Sales role.
Pay will be dependent on experience and skill set.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
