This includes social media & content creation, bid & tender coordination, marketing & communications support, design & brand management, and creative input.
Key Responsibilities
* Social Media & Content Creation - Showcase completed and ongoing projects through engaging, professional content
* Bid & Tender Coordination - Collate and curate compelling submissions including project profiles, team bios, and case studies
* Marketing & Communications Support - Assist with internal comms and marketing campaigns
* Design & Brand Management - Ensure visual consistency across all outputs, including graphics for tenders using Adobe InDesign
* Creative Input - Contribute ideas, storytelling, and visual flair to a passionate and dynamic team.
Requirements
To be successful, you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, graphic design or bids (construction highly regarded)
* Strong written and visual communication skills - grammar and layout matter to you
* Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential
* A proactive approach and ability to juggle competing priorities
* A sharp eye for detail and a passion for branding
