Summary

You’ll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. In this energetic role, you’ll build genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long‑term revenue growth. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product‑related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients with Deel by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with Deel.

Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse portfolio of SMB/MM or ENT accounts, including low to mid‑size spend accounts and accounts with strategic growth potential.
- Identify and flag risks that lead to customer churn; engage internal stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly while managing customer communications.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews.
- Voice the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Provide a high‑quality day‑to‑day experience to our customers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests.
- Drive adoption of platform features that improve customer experience and retention.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client‑facing experience as a CSM or Account Manager.
- Experience in at least one of: fast‑growth startup, top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Strong relationship building, calm under crisis, and celebrate partners’ successes.
- Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; enjoys drawing quick, actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Reliable, motivated self‑starter with a growth mentality; thrives in high‑responsibility roles.
- Solid track record of achievement—e.g., success in a top‑tier company, quantifiable business impact, awards.
- Strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
- Curious by nature and interested in making an impact.
