The Opportunity
This is a newly created role a chance to make it your own! Reporting directly to our Head of Global Supply Chain you will play a critical part in balancing demand forecasts with supply chain strategies ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.
Working fully remote you will collaborate with global suppliers freight partners and internal teams to drive accuracy efficiency and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across multiple products and locations.
- Manage purchase orders end-to-end from creation through to delivery and discrepancy resolution.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to optimise lead times and reduce supply risks.
- Monitor stock backorders and slow-moving items making smart data-driven adjustments.
- Lead monthly forecast reviews challenging assumptions to ensure accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes and outcomes.
- Provide trusted support to the Head of Global Supply Chain including during periods of absence.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Logistics or related field.
- 3 years experience in demand planning or supply planning along with inventory management ideally using an advanced planning system.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Advanced ERP and Excel skills (experience in SAGE X3 highly valued).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage suppliers and stakeholders.
- A proactive detail-focused mindset with resilience under pressure.
