The Community Banking Advisory Coordinator supports the Community Bank Network and the Community Banking Team with general support and enquiries. It will provide operational and administrative support to the Community Operations and Advisory team.
The role is responsible for supporting the development of SharePoint, implementation of automation, combining tasks into efficient workflows, building briefing packs in Word and PowerPoint and simplifying complex processes for the Community Banking network.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative team player with an eye for the user experience to join the team.
**As a Community Banking Advisory Coordinator you'll get to**:
- Design and build SharePoint sites that improve the overall user experience of our Community Bank Director network. 
- You will use your knowledge and work with the Community Banking team to refine existing SharePoint sites. 
- Work with key stakeholders to understand business requirements that ensures the Bank meets its obligations to the Community Bank network. 
- You will have the opportunity to work across Community Banking to provide support developing PowerPoint presentations and building Power Automate workflows. 
- We recognise that you may not know a lot about Community Banking or Bendigo Bank. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills with on the job training and join Australia's most trusted bank.
**This is a 2 year Contract working Full-time hours based in any location.**
