Job Title: Sales Advisor
A sales advisor is a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive store sales and profit. Their primary goal is to create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and assisted in their shopping journey.
Main Responsibilities:
* Folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments to maximize selling opportunities
* Processing, stocking, and replenishing garments on the sales floor and in the stockroom
* Opening, unpacking, and labeling merchandise with security tags
* Supporting customer purchases and returns at the register
Key Qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail, merchandising, and/or customer service
* Effective time management skills, including being stress-resistant and good at prioritization
* A customer-centric mindset, prioritizing customer needs while serving as a brand ambassador
* Fashion knowledge and a genuine interest in fashion trends
* A selling mindset with the ability to approach and fulfill customer needs
