ABOUT THE POSITION.As a Pre-construction manager you will work closely with the pre-construction and delivery team to oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects across NSW, valued to $30M. This role oversees the performance of Project Consultants and Estimators, drives lead generation and manages incentive programs.
DUTIES.
* Lead the preconstruction team, compromising of designers, project coordinators and estimators
* Assist the team in achieving growth and revenue targets
* Develop and maintain the project pipeline with key and respective clients
* Effective team management of staff
* Lead generation and converting opportunities into projects
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
* Proven record as a Pre-construction Project Coordinator/Manager or similar
* Previous experience working with commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
* Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
