In this role you will manage the human, physical and financial resources with respect to the Deputy Campus Facilities Manager (CFM) and Shift Engineers and associated tasks, consistent with short- and long-term objectives of the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) Facilities Management (FM) Department. You will develop and implement strategies and guidelines, monitor and review policies and performance to ensure effective management and governance of FM operations.

At NMHS, we aim to ensure our behaviours reflect our core values: Care, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork and Integrity. Your leadership will directly impact patient care, staff wellbeing, and operational efficiency across the campus.
We’re looking for someone who brings more than just experience. Your values – Care, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork, and Integrity – will shine through in everything you do. You’ll be assessed not just on your skills, but on how you live these values every day.

In addition, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process.
