As a senior business professional, you will lead the development of our healthcare division. Your expertise in sales strategy, relationship building, and team collaboration will drive revenue growth across New South Wales and Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Business Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in public and private hospitals, day surgeries, and healthcare groups in NSW and QLD.
* Establish Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with clinical, operational, and corporate decision-makers to secure long-term contracts.
* Manage Sales Cycles: Lead full sales cycles, including lead generation, tender submissions, contract negotiation, and implementation.
* Apply Expertise in Infection Control: Utilize knowledge of infection control, sterile services (CSSD), and hospital procurement processes to influence adoption and compliance.
A successful candidate must have 5–10 years of proven business development or sales experience in healthcare or medical consumables. They should possess exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior levels, excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have full working rights for Australia.
