We are seeking passionate and driven Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists to join our expanding Tasmanian team. The role is busy but incredibly collaborative and rewarding.
Key responsibilities include assisting with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness; conducting a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios; supporting people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using clinical skills and knowledge; and interacting and building relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About the Role:
* Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist (with relevant professional membership)
* Desire to work in occupational rehabilitation
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
* Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
