Key Responsibilities
The Facility and Asset Manager will oversee the daily operations of public assets including schools, hospitals, courts, police stations, and other government facilities under a contract arrangement.
This role involves managing routine and preventive maintenance, coordinating small projects, and ensuring efficient operation of health facilities.
* Identify and manage risks and opportunities to meet commercial objectives and optimize asset lifecycle costs.
* Lead asset maintenance planning and contribute to strategic initiatives.
* Establish strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Serve as primary contact for technical facilities and asset management matters.
