A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Account Manager WA, reporting to the Account Director.
A bit about your role
As the Senior Account Manager for WA, you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic new development customers, with a primary focus on Western Australia. You will work closely with developers, consultants and industry partners, spending much of your time in customer‐facing engagement to identify and progress commercially strong development opportunities aligned to nbn's priorities.
You will lead the end‐to‐end contracting process for new developments, ensuring opportunities meet defined premise targets and contribute to first‐time connection outcomes. Managing strategic accounts, you will balance relationship building with commercial discipline to deliver agreed sales targets and sustainable growth. Collaboration is central to your success, with strong partnerships across internal sales, delivery and planning teams supporting a seamless customer experience.
A bit about you
You bring strong experience as a Senior Account Manager within telecommunications, or a strong background in the property development sector with the capability and willingness to learn the nbn environment. You are confident working autonomously and commercially astute, with a natural eagerness to develop and sustain relationships.
You build trust through clear, respectful communication and enjoy working collaboratively with customers and colleagues alike. Curious, adaptable and purpose driven, you are motivated by making a meaningful impact for customers and communities across WA.
