About the Role As the AO4 Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative, financial and human resources related support across our Executive Directorate.
We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, enthusiastic to take on new challenges and make a valued contribution to our team goals.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Provide timely research and support services to the Business Manager and Finance Manager or a range of financial management and human resource management issues.
Provide financial services including but not limited to, the processing of payments, monitoring of budgets, report creation, asset maintenance and verification of financial data.
Oversee financial records and facilitate rectification of incorrect transactions.
Provide human resource support by assisting in activities such as recruitment, selection and onboarding of all roles across the business.
Provide oversight of asset, records and information management.
Provide overall support and assist with general office administration.
Provide advice to staff in respect to human resource, administration and financial legislation, policies, practices and procedures.
Organise and arrange procurement of operational goods and services and capital items including the planning and management of assets with established guidelines by projecting asset requirements, maintenance and disposal of assets.
Liaise, develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and/or external clients and all business units.
Other responsibilities Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.
