Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process from job briefs and advertising to promotion, hiring manager support, and onboarding.
You will have the autonomy to structure your day and lead a small team of up to three members, supporting recruitment across one of the largest and most impactful employers in the region.
This is an excellent opportunity to build great relationships with hiring managers, understand the real people behind the roles, and use marketing, strategy, and creativity to attract top-tier talent.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Run own recruitment portfolio with full autonomy
* Coordinate talent pools using eligibility lists, LinkedIn InMails, and proactive outreach to fill roles strategically
* Support and develop up to three team members
* Build great relationships with hiring managers and understand the real people behind the roles
* Use marketing, strategy, and creativity to attract top-tier talent
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A degree in Human Resources or a related field is desirable, but not essential. What is essential is a passion for recruitment and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
