About The Opportunity
Council is looking for a passionate and experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) specialist to join our Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Business Team and support, nature and grow our Civica Altitude platform.
As Business Systems Specialist, you will work closely with key users and our supplier to ensure smooth day to day operations. You'll also play a vital part in empowering staff to use Altitude effectively and lead the rollout of new modules that will drive innovation and efficiency across Council.
You will (but not limited to):
* Manage system administration, including updates, upgrades, security, and user support.
* Support stakeholders with data analysis and provide technical expertise on system security and performance.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead the implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, including stakeholder consultation and testing.
* Maintain system documentation, user guides, training materials, and change management communications.
About You
You will bring:
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
* At least 10 years' experience in senior business systems administration with a strategic focus.
* Expertise in system security, solution architecture, and system integration.
* Demonstrated ability to lead projects, implement enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.
* Experience providing technical leadership, operational support, and stakeholder collaboration.
* A valid Australian Class C Drivers' Licence and the ability to provide a satisfactory Criminal History Check.
Desired but not essential:
* Experience in Local Government environment.
