Your New Role
Fabricate, assemble, and repair screens for water treatment and Oil & Gas projects
TIG and MIG welding (on 2mm material, on and off the wire)
Work primarily with stainless steel – that's the bread and butter here
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Measure, cut, and shape metal with precision (clean work only, no hack jobs)
Inspect your welds to keep quality sky-high
Maintain your gear and tools so they look after you
Keep safety front and centre while getting projects out the door
Workload split between welding and fabrication – some days *****, others ***** depending on what's on
Who Are You?
Trade-qualified Boilermaker
Manufacturing/industrial experience
MIG & TIG welding skills
Previous stainless steel experience
Blueprint reading confidence
Solid eye for detail and quality
Safety-first attitude
Ability to work solo or in a crew
Physically fit to handle materials and equipment

$55–$62/hr + penalties + shift allowance
