As a Maternal Child and Health Nurse (MCHN), you will improve outcomes for children and their families through strengths-based practice, education, and empowerment. The MCH service offers a comprehensive approach focusing on promotion, prevention, and early intervention for physical, emotional, and social factors affecting young children and their families.

The MCHN role focuses on health promotion, wellbeing, safety, and developmental outcomes for children and their families, adopting a holistic approach to physical, emotional, and social factors.

About The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will be registered with AHPRA as a Division one nurse and midwife and hold an accredited postgraduate degree in Maternal and Child Health Nursing. Experience in the Universal program is desirable. Please refer to the position description for the Key Selection Criteria.
