The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the centre, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations and implementing the Practice Guide.
Key responsibilities include mentoring and building capabilities within the team, fostering respectful relationships with families and local community networks and delivering early education excellence in a close-knit, nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Centre Manager or in a leadership position and possess excellent leadership skills, including expertise in strategic planning, team management and stakeholder engagement.
