Job Title: Data Support Analyst
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and conceptual understanding of mining-related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing, implementing, and commissioning innovative solutions to improve data availability, analysis, and reporting;
* Preparing clear and accurate project documentation;
* Providing ongoing support for operational and data systems at Greenbushes (site);
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues on-site;
* Couching and training end-users in data applications, dashboards, and reporting tools;
* Developing and implementing user-friendly dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights;
* Collaborating with site teams on new projects requiring data systems integration;
* Supporting commissioning, handover, and troubleshooting for IST projects and components within larger initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Computer Science;
* Formal training in SQL, scripting, or software development;
* Strong analytical and organisational skills;
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
* Conceptual understanding of mining-related systems;
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
* Skilled in technical languages such as SQL, scripting, C#, and Visual Basic;
* Experience with configuration and change management tools (GIT) and associated processes;
* Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders;
* Solid understanding of engineering principles.
