Job Responsibilities
* Support the Account Director and keep clients informed of project status, handling client requests promptly and thoroughly.
* Create WIP documents to present to clients during meetings.
* Develop and manage trusting relationships with clients, providing the highest standard of service and a laser focus on results.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements, industry trends and target audiences.
* Help devise digital marketing strategies to help clients achieve their digital marketing goals.
* Set specific, realistic time frames for campaigns, communicate expectations clearly, and ensure delivery on time.
* Write briefs for designers, copywriters and specialists, articulating advertising needs effectively.
Qualifications and Expectations

* Previous experience managing accounts or paid digital marketing campaigns.
* Highly organised, self‐motivated, methodical, thorough and structured approach to work while managing a dynamic workload and deadlines.
