Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to join the team at our award-winning Lakeview Hotel Motel as an Assistant/Duty Manager. Responsibilities
* Work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, overseeing general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives, and enhancing both Customer & Staff Experience.
* Lead a variety of internal teams to offer outstanding customer experiences.
* Maintain exceptional venue standards related to cleanliness and presentation.
* Create and nurture a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
* Fulfil rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in line with the hotel's operating hours.
Requirements / Qualifications
* RSA / RCG are required (or willingness to obtain).
* RMLV and Approved Manager license are preferred but not mandatory.
* Previous management experience is preferable but may not be a mandatory requirement for the right candidate.
