We currently have an exciting opportunity to join Surgical & Women's and Babies Services as a Business Officer, where you will be responsible for:

• providing financial and administrative management
• undertaking capital and minor equipment processes
• providing information and support regarding staffing, business and operational processes and policies
• information management and business improvement

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of management, staff and stakeholders
• High degree of initiative and drive, able to work with minimal supervision
• A commitment to quality customer service provision
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
• Experience in leading senior managers in the administration, workforce, financial and business resource management at an operational level
• Experience monitoring staff plans for budgeting and resource management purposes
• Demonstrated experience providing high quality customer service to a diverse range of customers
