About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join Surgical & Women's and Babies Services as a Business Officer, where you will be responsible for:
- providing financial and administrative management
- undertaking capital and minor equipment processes
- providing information and support regarding staffing, business and operational processes and policies
- information management and business improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of management, staff and stakeholders
- High degree of initiative and drive, able to work with minimal supervision
- A commitment to quality customer service provision
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
- Experience in leading senior managers in the administration, workforce, financial and business resource management at an operational level
- Experience monitoring staff plans for budgeting and resource management purposes
- Demonstrated experience providing high quality customer service to a diverse range of customers
