Site Manager Job
The position of Site Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of rope access and industrial projects within a refinery environment.
This hands-on leadership position requires a proven track record of delivering safe, compliant, and efficient projects. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing site culture, mentoring supervisors, and serving as the primary client interface.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee shutdowns, confined space work, and rope access operations
* Develop detailed execution plans and schedules
* Lead safety initiatives and compliance with refinery permit systems
* Build strong relationships with site stakeholders
* Mentor and develop frontline leaders and project teams
* Ensure accurate reporting, cost control, and asset management
Requirements:
* 3–5 years in shutdown/industrial project delivery
* Strong WHS knowledge and refinery experience preferred
* IRATA certification or rope access supervision experience
* Background in mechanical, fabrication, or electrical trades
* Confined Space, WAH, Gas Test, EWP, Forklift tickets desirable
* Strong reporting, planning, and digital tool proficiency
