About the Role
The Digital Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of Fliteboard's digital and eCommerce operations across global markets. Working closely with the eCommerce, marketing, and product teams, the role ensures digital assets are accurately maintained, content is consistently updated, and digital campaigns are implemented in line with brand and customer experience standards. This includes product and content entry, the setup and deployment of email campaigns and automated journeys, and backend coordination to ensure efficient operations and a high-quality user experience across digital channels.
What you'll be doing:
Keep Product Listings Fresh and Accurate
Maintain up-to-date product information, pricing, and imagery across our global eCommerce platforms.
Support Email Marketing Campaigns
Build, test, and schedule email campaigns and automated journeys—helping drive customer engagement and campaign performance.
Update and Maintain Website Content
Coordinate and publish banners, CTAs, and landing pages to support campaigns and product launches.
Assist Behind the Scenes
Help manage inventory updates, tagging, metadata, and troubleshoot basic site issues.
Work Cross-Functionally
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to deliver aligned digital initiatives.
Look for Ways to Improve
Suggest and support process improvements that boost efficiency, accuracy, or scalability.
Contribute to Quality Assurance
Test digital content across devices and help ensure a polished, consistent experience.
Pitch In When Needed
Provide support for regional promotions, new product launches, and localisation tasks.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* 2+ years' experience in a digital, eCommerce, or marketing coordination role.
* Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify Plus and CMS tools.
* A solid understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Insider, Marketo), including audience segmentation and campaign execution.
* High attention to detail and a strong commitment to content and product accuracy.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Great organisational and communication skills, and a collaborative way of working.
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic content tweaks.
* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite tools for light design work.
* Exposure to automated, trigger-based email workflows.
* Experience supporting global or multi-region eCommerce operations.
