On-Trac Ag is looking for exceptional individuals to join its busy service team, in Orange. Pay negotiable and based on skills and knowledge.

About the position:
* Provide quality customer service to existing customers to maintain a good working relationship and also provide exceptional service to new customers.
* Inspect and diagnose equipment to identify the cause of errors, problems or defects.
* Reassemble machines and equipment following repair; test operation and make adjustments as necessary.
* Maintain, repair, and overhaul farm and construction machinery and vehicles, such as tractors, balers, mower conditioners, skid steers, telehandlers and loaders.
* Dismantle defective machines for repair using hand tools.
* Test and replace electrical components and wiring using test meters, soldering equipment and hand tools.
* Clean and lubricate parts.
* Tune or overhaul engines.
* Travel to customer site for repair of machinery if required. Examine and listen to equipment and confer with customers to locate and diagnose malfunctions.
* Record details of repairs made on Repair Orders.
* Maintain a clean and tidy workplace
* Conduct thorough self-checking of work and documentation.
* Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes in all aspects of the position.
* Perform any other duty as reasonably required by the Directors.
* Sharing of knowledge with other employees within the Company where applicable.
* Follow, utilise and promote Company policies and procedures, core values and Work Health and Safety requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum two years' recent trade experience.
* Experience within the heavy automotive / plant industry.
* Demonstrated diagnostic skills.
* Strong work ethic.
* Sound communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well both within a team environment and autonomously.
* Committed towards undertaking duties efficiently.
* Professional personal presentation.
