Internally they provide project management services that represent the client's interests across the entire project life cycle, with a strong focus on value, risk control, and on‐time delivery. Their project services are designed for government and commercial clients and are underpinned by deep expertise in design, construction, logistics, and operational transition.
Our client delivers end‐to‐end project delivery, covering both strategic planning and hands‐on execution, including:
* Major and minor construction works, including new developments and upgrades
* Commercial and government office fit‐outs
* Infrastructure and building services projects
* Design coordination and design management, ensuring buildability and compliance
* Master planning and precinct strategy for complex or multi‐site portfolios
* Procurement management and contract administration, with strong governance and probity controls
* Relocation planning and execution, managing logistics, staff moves, and site readiness
Currently seeking proactive and self-sufficient Project or Senior Project Manager to join a team with a growing brand presence nationally. The role requires strong leadership across the full project life cycle, from early planning and design coordination through procurement, delivery, transition, commissioning, and post‐occupancy support. You will manage multiple stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and service providers, while maintaining strong governance, risk management, and value‐for‐money outcomes. Further duties are stated below;
* Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and approval pathways
* Provide clear, timely, and accurate project reporting on scope, programme, cost, risk, and quality
* Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and end users
* Lead the planning and delivery of major and minor construction works, office fit‐outs, infrastructure upgrades, and building services projects
* Manage projects from initiation through to handover, ensuring alignment with client objectives and operational needs

* Demonstrated experience delivering client‐side project management services across the full project life cycle
* Strong experience in construction, fit‐outs, infrastructure, and building services projects
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including government, commercial clients, consultants, and contractors
* High level capability in budget management, programme control, and risk management
* Requirements of Australian Citizenship and ability to gain a baseline security clearance
