What role will you play?
As a Senior Analyst/Manager within our team, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the uplift of commission governance across Personal Banking. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end governance of lending commissions, including quality assurance reviews. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure to effectively support commissions operations and governance.
You will manage commission uplift initiatives, from policy design through to build and implementation. Acting as the go-to SME for commission queries, you will provide expert guidance and resolution. Furthermore, you will champion stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration, driving process and documentation improvements and efficiencies.
