About our utilities team
Our team offers expertise in strategic planning, ECI/Toc/Alliance collaborative contracting models to design and deliver water and wastewater asset reliability and renewals, bulk water asset upgrades, capital infrastructure projects, and network rehabilitation and replacement services in regional and metropolitan areas.
Recent projects and growth
We have secured several large framework contracts, including the ABK JV, where we are one of two Integrated Capital Works Planning and Delivery Partners for South East Water’s AUD$1.5 billion investment. We are also involved in the SFP JV with Melbourne Water and other ongoing projects with Yarra Valley Water, Barwon Water, and more. With a strong project pipeline, it's an exciting time to join our Melbourne team.
About the opportunity
We seek an experienced General Manager to lead our Utilities business in Victoria. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will oversee leadership, growth, project delivery, and client relationships, shaping the future of our Utilities team. The role is based in West Melbourne or South East offices, with travel as needed.
What you’ll bring
You are a relationship builder, strategic thinker, and proven leader with experience in civil construction, particularly in the Water sector. You have strong industry connections, especially at the executive level, and enjoy solving complex problems while fostering team development and market reputation.
