What's the role?
As a Director - Revenue Performance & Insights, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of financial outcomes for the Group's expenses. You will lead performance management, analytics and influencing in a banking environment, while building a high-performing team with a strong culture and operating rhythm. You will provide ad-hoc analytical support to drive productivity, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely insights, and champion a cultural shift towards future-focused, data-led decision-making. This includes developing and enhancing financial modelling capability and maintaining a balance across performance, commercial value and risk management.
What do I need?
* Extensive banking or financial services experience, chartered or CPA qualified
* Experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams through periods of ambiguity and change
* Proven data and reporting experience including use and understanding of BI applications, data warehousing and web-based reporting
* Experienced with software project management lifecycle in an agile environment (preferably IBM TM1 Planning Analytics)
* Proven stakeholder engagement, management, collaboration, challenge and partnering experience at senior levels
* Proven expertise in working with large data sets and using advanced financial modelling techniques in MS Excel
