Team Leader – Tumut/Junee Hub, Wagga Wagga
Employment type: Talent Pool creation to fill ongoing and temporary vacancies in 2026/27 Salary: $121,845 - $125,720 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading
What You'll Do
As part of the Tumut/Junee or Wagga Wagga team you will develop and support a cohesive team of Community Corrections Officers with differing levels of skills and competence in a changing work environment. You will provide clear and supportive feedback to develop and support staff to meet individual accountability. You will also provide oversight of caseloads involving people completing orders, including those assessed as high risk or with complex needs. There is extensive training and promotional opportunities. If you enjoy guiding and supporting team members and liaising across multiple stakeholders, then this work will interest you. You'll work as part of a team who complete tasks including risk assessment, case management and report writing and you'll be working in either a community office or a parole unit within a Correctional Centre environment.
