About the Role
This is a hands‑on ServiceNow IRM Administrator role focused on supporting and enhancing Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) capabilities across the organisation.
You will work closely with Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Audit teams, and senior business stakeholders, helping to configure, optimise, and evolve the IRM platform in line with business needs and best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administering and configuring ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules
* Providing analytical support and recommendations for process improvement, automation, and integration
* Partnering with risk, compliance, audit, and business teams to ensure solutions meet real‑world needs
* Managing and supporting entity hierarchies across the organisation
* Driving consistent usage through training and enablement
* Supporting ongoing platform maturity and adoption across the enterprise
This role offers meaningful influence, not just BAU support.
The Successful Candidate
We're looking for a true ServiceNow IRM specialist who brings both technical depth and stakeholder confidence.
You will have:
* Strong, hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
* Proven experience with Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM)
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – MANDATORY
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (CIS‑RC) – MANDATORY
* Experience working with enterprise risk, compliance, and audit functions
* Confidence engaging with stakeholders and translating business needs into platform configuration
* A mindset focused on quality, governance, and continuous improvement
Additional ServiceNow certifications are highly regarded.
