**The role**
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will partner with and support managers through all elements of the recruitment process, adding value where you see the opportunity.
**The responsibilities**
Your new role involves management of all elements of talent acquisition including:
- managing the recruitment of administrative, technical, professional and leadership roles.
- partnering with managers to support them with job design, enhancement of position descriptions and the job brief.
- producing shortlists for managers and providing them with guidance around interview techniques, selection processes and hiring decisions.
- supporting manages to execute the global initiative of succession planning.
- coordinating reference checks, testing and compliance.
- managing offers and preparing for onboarding and inductions.
- managing relationships with recruitment agencies.
- have a minimum of 2 years talent acquisition and recruitment experience, either internally or in agency.
- be experienced in recruiting high volume roles, preferably in the blue collar space.
- be proactive, resourceful and resilient.
**The rewards**
