About You
We seek a Full-time Kiosk Manager to join our new kiosk at Chadstone Shopping Centre, requiring strong leadership and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve business objectives and targets related to counter retail.
2. Conduct monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals, and measure progress, along with daily feedback and team meetings.
3. Motivate and drive your team to meet performance targets.
4. Manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business policies, and utilize appropriate procedures and support.
5. Assist with visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktaking, sales transactions, identify potential loss prevention issues, follow safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
* Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experience.
* Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
* Experience managing a retail team.
* Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate and inspire.
* Ability to multi-task and build relationships.
* Flexibility to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
