Reporting to the GM P&C; - Food, you'll partner closely with the EGM National Supply Chain and senior leaders, driving workforce strategy, cultural transformation, and leadership capability for our large and diverse frontline teams.In this RoleDevelop and implement strategic workforce plans across national operations and frontline populationsLead organisational design and cultural transformation initiatives to support business strategyDrive change management strategies for major operational shifts and enterprise agreementsPartner with senior leaders, acting as the trusted strategic P&C; advisor for Supply ChainBuild leadership capability across all levels, from distribution centre through to executiveCoach, mentor, and guide Senior P&C; Business Partners to drive impact and alignmentStrengthen talent pipelines, succession depth, and retention for critical operational rolesCollaborate across a matrix P&C; structure to deliver group-aligned initiatives with local impactYou're Likely a Match If10+ years of HR leadership experience in large, matrixed organisations (ideally logistics or operations)Strong track record in workforce strategy, organisational development, and cultural transformationStrong employee Relations experience, with demonstrated experience working in partnership with leaders and employees in complex, unionised or enterprise agreement (EA) environmentsProven success embedding high-impact people strategies for large-scale frontline teamsAbility to navigate complexity and adapt to changing business contexts with confidenceExperience coaching and influencing senior leaders to elevate performance and accountabilityDegree qualifications in HR, P&C;, or a related discipline (preferred)Passion for unlocking talent, driving engagement, and building a values-led performance cultureWhat\'s on offerWe\'re proud to offer a workplace that supports your well-being, growth, and belonging:Extra Leave: Enjoy a 5th week of annual leave, 2 well-being days, plus 1 volunteer day annuallyCareer Growth: Endless learning and development opportunitiesParental Leave: 12 weeks of gender-neutral paid leave for primary carersMental Health: Gold accreditation by Mental Health AustraliaFlexibility: Flex Ready and Family Friendly Workplace accreditedAbout UsJoin us and be part of something bigger!
