The Role: Elevate the Experience
We are seeking an exceptional and energetic Chef Supervisor to join our back-of-house team as a morning prep chef. This role is perfect for anyone who lives and breathes hospitality and has a genuine passion for curating unforgettable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head Chef and supervise the team in the day-to-day operation.
* Dish Preparation: Ensure dishes are prepared with care, presentation and attention to detail.
* Venue Standards: Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organisation.
* Team Collaboration: Support training and mentoring of Junior staff, helping build a positive team culture.
What you'll bring to the team
* Experience: Proven management experience in a busy kitchen, ideally a pub, restaurant or casual dining venue.
* Attributes: An experienced chef who can work well under pressure, is hands on and able to work in a fast paced environment, and a positive leader with a results-focused attitude.
Mandatory Requirements
* Current Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate.
* Cert III/ IV in Cooking/ Trade Certificate (Desirable, Not Required).
* Chemform Training Certificate.
* A willingness to work early morning shifts.
