2XM Recruit are currently looking for a qualified Plant Mechanic to join our client’s team in a full-time capacity.
This is a Kalgoorlie based role (not FIFO), and we will be shortlisting immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on a wide range of mobile plant equipment.
- Conduct regular servicing, troubleshooting, and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Work on-site, providing prompt and productive solutions to mechanical issues.
- Maintain detailed service records and reports.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Australian recognised trade certificate – Plant Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of plant equipment, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on various machinery.
- Heavy earthmoving/ mobile plant experience
- Australian drivers licence
- Must be able to pas PEM/ DAS and be able to attain a clean police clearance
