**Overview**
Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of coordinating freight acceptance and delivery procedures, meeting and exceeding the requirements of our customers. Responsible for maintaining health and safety and overall good working practices in accordance with company policies and procedures. We are looking for customer service agents who are natural problem solvers with a passion for providing excellent service to our customers.
**What you will be doing**
- Process documentation at freight acceptance and delivery.
- Complete "Live Animal" check sheets and process.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving customer complaints.
- Create invoices and reconcile banking ensuring that all applicable charges are collected.
- Enter freight details into system.
- Process cash and electronic transactions.
- Complete general filing and other office duties.
- Perform callouts.
- Operate all equipment and systems in a safe, secure and efficient manner at all times.
- Report any faults or irregularities with equipment, facilities, systems or processes to the appropriate management.
- Deal with disruption and irregularities with confidence and composure.
- Have a sound knowledge of administrative functions plus good computer and communication skills.
- "Work Down" as directed.
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:
- Possess strong Cargo system and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Possess customer service experience.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be willing and able to work shift work.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High level attention to detail and numerical ability.
- Working knowledge of operating procedures, requirements and systems.
- Dangerous Goods awareness and handling requirements.
- Security awareness.
- Be able to obtain, hold and maintain valid ASIC.
