About the role
* Provide strategic leadership and high-level management of a 7-day Physiotherapy service.
* Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate the Allied Health Clinical Governance Framework.
* Maintain accountability for professional standards ensuring practice meets AHPRA and Board requirements.
* Manage the operational, human resource, and financial functions of a complex Physiotherapy service.
* Lead high-level relationships with universities to expand research and clinical education capacity.
* Represent Physiotherapy and Allied Health on area, state‐wide, and national forums.
About you
* You hold a degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
* You possess expert clinical knowledge and the ability to resolve complex service challenges.
* You are a strategic leader capable of managing large teams and multi‐million dollar budgets.
* You have highly developed negotiation skills to advocate for resources and achieve strategic goals.
* You are committed to fostering an inclusive team culture and delivering culturally safe care.
What we offer
Total remuneration value of up to $190,788 p.a. is comprised of:
* Hourly rate between $161,540 - $167,217 p.a.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
